We can be of most use to our clients if we build up strong relationships with them, if we become part of their team. We cannot provide our added value service without involving ourselves closely in our clients' management decisions. This requires regular information and contact. To ensure it works smoothly, we provide regular monthly or quarterly management accounts; these help clients make important business decisions.
We encourage clients to have business plans and we prepare financial forecasts, which include projected profits, cashflows, and capital positions. These forecasts are then compared to the actual management accounts, and the variances that are highlighted enable us to discuss and consider the results in a beneficial way. When this is done on a regular basis, we can work together to achieve more effective results.
