Many of our clients joined us as new businesses just starting out, and we have watched them grow and develop, providing ongoing advice and support when it was needed.
If you are just starting out with a new business idea, we can help with your first steps, and give advice regarding all aspects of starting up your business, including:
- Business structure: whether your business should be run as sole trader, partnership, or limited company;
- Preparing a business plan;
- Working with your bank, to provide information required to secure funds;
- Advise on bookkeeping systems and procedures, suitable for your business; and help you set these up.
- Complete all the relevant tax and legal registrations required when starting a new business, including HMRC and Companies House;
- Advise on VAT and PAYE requirements, and deal with these on your behalf.
Once you are up and running, we will continue to provide business advice as well as preparing your accounts. If need be, we can provide management accounting services to help you obtain funding, assist with grant applications, or simply keep a close eye on the business performance throughout the year.
