We are looking for a new client bookkeeper to add to our friendly team, specifically with the following qualities and experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing supplier and debtor invoices for our clients, keeping the ledgers up to date
• Balancing client accounts and bank reconciliations
• Preparing VAT returns
• Monitoring VAT deadlines, to ensure the bookkeeping is up to date
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with your portfolio of clients
• Training clients in basic bookkeeping skills

YOUR PROFILE

• A minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience is essential
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage is desirable
• A friendly can-do attitude
• Great communication skills
• Strong IT skills including use of excel
• Good time management and strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
• Able to multi-task and retain a composed, professional manner dealing with multiple clients and internal colleague requests
