Sam Clarkson, Accounts Semi-Senior
Background: Sam joined the firm in September 2018 having worked in accountancy since leaving school. Sam has worked across a number of North East firms, specialising in Limited Company Contractor accounts. She also has extensive credit control experience from working in mortgage arrears during the recession.
Specialisms: Sam works in the Accounts and Audit department preparing accounts and assisting with book keeping. She is certified in most accountancy software packages and runs regular Quickbooks training sessions for our clients.
Most likely to spend the weekend: Sam can usually be found in the kitchen baking some treats for her colleagues, accompanied by a gin or two! When she isn’t cooking up a storm, she enjoys heading out to in the Northumberland Countryside with her dad and his Jack Russell, Midge, taking on challenges to raise money for charities, and spending time with her husband.
